Check the product for any remaining insulating material according to the instructions or by direct inspection.
Attempt to charge the device continuously for more than 10 minutes and check if the device can be started.
If you have tried several times but the device still does not work properly, do not worry, contact us for warranty service and provide us with a video of the situation:

  • Show us the reaction when charging
  • Show us that your battery is fully charged
  • Show us the scenario when it cannot be started
  • Products with screens: The screen will light up and display animation effects during normal use.
    Products without screens: The indicator light will gradually brighten and dim with the suction.

    Products with screens:

  • The remaining e-liquid and battery levels will be displayed separately and intuitively from 100% to 0%.
  • If the e-liquid level shows 0%, it means there is no e-liquid left in the e-cigarette.
  • A battery level of 0% indicates that it is time to charge the device.

     

    Screenless Products:

  • If you feel a strange taste while inhaling, it’s already close to being out of e-liquid.
  • If the indicator light (usually at the bottom) blinks multiple times or turns red while inhaling, it’s already out of power.
  • If the indicator light stays on or turns green while charging, it means it’s fully charged and you can stop charging.

  • Some of our products are in stock with factory brands. You can click “In Stock” on the “Products” page to see which products are in stock.
  • The minimum order quantity for in-stock items is 1,000 pieces (mixed items are acceptable).
  • If the product is in stock, after payment is completed, the shipping time is generally 7-10 working days depending on your region.
  • Please contact us and tell us the flavor and quantity you need, and we will get back to you with the latest quote.

    You can get one for free, but you need to pay for the shipping yourself.(If you want more, you will have to pay for it yourself).

  • This product comes with a one-year warranty from the date it leaves the factory (excluding human error or force majeure).
  • After-sales service for defective products: need to send back the defective products, after we receive and confirm that there is a production problem, we will replace them for you free of charge during your next purchase.
  • Used products are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • If you change your mind, you can modify the entire order within one hour after placing the order.
    If your order has already been packed or shipped and has not yet reached logistics, please contact us for assistance with a return (only for brand-name products, not custom items) so that you can place a new order.

    After you confirm all the parameters, it will usually be delivered to the logistics company within 25-30 working days, depending on the order volume. The delivery time depends on the specific transportation method you choose.

    This depends on your location and whether the goods you purchased are in stock. Goods in stock are usually delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

    No inclusion, certain destinations may require additional customs duties to be paid at the time of delivery. Customs officers may inspect your package and may require you to pay duties, which you will need to handle yourself. If you are requested to provide purchase orders or other documents or product-related information, please contact us.

    Check the logistics status on the corresponding carrier’s website using the logistics number we provided to you. If the logistics status has not been updated for a long time, you can consult the carrier. Of course, you can also contact us, and we will help you understand and handle it as soon as possible.

    Please ensure that your address is accurate and error-free. If you enter an incorrect phone number or postal code, the package may be marked as “return to sender” and returned to our warehouse. Contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue.

    If you have not received your package, please check your shipping information again. We recommend that you contact the logistics contractor or check any possible delivery locations. Please also confirm that the shipping address you entered for the order is accurate and complete.
    Please note: You must report any damaged or missing items to us as soon as possible. Otherwise, it may result in the carrier refusing the claim and excluding it from our return/exchange policy.

    After-sales requires you to provide photos and videos to us, so we can determine where the problem lies and better provide you with after-sales service.

    Please collect all the non-conforming products together and send us detailed photos/videos. After we check them, we will make up the corresponding quantity with your new order.

  • Sorry, we are unable to offer a refund for the e-cigarette you have already used, as we are unaware of your actual usage.
